In TV screens the fps used normally is 24 frames per seconds. Which means 24 drawings in one second.
When you define the start and the end, the program will produce in-between (tweening) algorithm automatically.
There are many difference in every frame, in terms of size and shapes of the object. When a ball is moving fast, the ball becomes more oval shaped so that it shows realism and speed.
